How much do I pay for delivery service?

UK (mainland):
Flat rate shipping: €19 (whatever the weight and the amount). Delivery is FREE for orders over €500!
Standard delivery time in working days (mon-fri): 2-3 days

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are sent the day or the day after your purchase (When your order is placed the week end, we send it the following day).

Where can I receive my order?

We deliver all the countries with the best rate negotiated with our partners (UPS-EXAPAQ). If your country of delivery does not appear in the list, please contact us (0033.557.19.19.99) and we’ll manage the best delivery anywhere you want.

Can I track my order?

Yes, in the "my orders" section in "my account" you can see the status of your order.
You can also click on the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email sent to you to see the status of your order.

Can I modify my order?
